Description
KB Chickens North Rocks has proudly served the local community a diverse range of high quality poultry products, for almost 2 decades. The business was founded by Lazaros Katsidis, together with 2 of his brothers, who grew up in a mini village in Greece. They migrated to Australia in search of a better life and have dedicated their working lives to various poultry businesses over the years.
The Katsidis brothers opened their first KB Chickens shop in Westfield Hurstville in 1988. Shortly since , they ventured into wholesaling and operated that business until 2008.
After 15 successful years, the shop at Hurstville was sold and a some years later, Westfield approached the Katsidis brothers to operate a store at North Rocks, now known as North Rocks Shopping Centre. The brothers accepted and KB Chickens North Rocks started trading in November 2002. By then, their children had become involved in operating the business and Lazaros’ son Ross, is now at the helm.
