Bakers Delight was established in May 1980, husband and wife Roger and Lesley Gillespie, Roger, a third generation baker established a single bakery on Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn, Victoria Bakers Delight operates over 700 bakeries globally.
“We’ve been baking the common way for forty years. Nice & Simple. And we’re not changing any time soon. Because there shouldn’t be anything complex about making freshly baked goods.
