Fees:
Monday to Friday – Bulk Billing
Saturday – $30 (out of pocket)
Walk-In Appointments (in-person and telehealth) – $30 (out of pocket)
Monday – Friday Cancellation: Two missed appointments (Within 12 months) – $50
Saturday Cancellation: If cancelled on the day – $30
OSHC/OVHC:
They are able to invoice Allianz, Medibank, CBHS, AHM, BUPA and NIB directly. Medibank OVHC, BUPA and NIB must present the physical card.
Cancellation policy:
When cancelling a weekday appointment, patients are required to do so at least 1 hour before their scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will incur a no-show fee of $50 after two missed appointments. When cancelling a Saturday appointment, patients are required to do so before 5:30pm on Friday. Failure to do so will incur a no-show fee of $30.

Implanon insertion – $50
Implanon removal – $100
Ear syringe gap – $20
Dressing fee – $10
Other Procedures – $50
After Hours:
They now provide After Hours services using the Medinet app which is available for download through your app store.
