Theo began working with his brother Angelo in his fish’n’chips shop, gaining experience in the industry before venturing into his own fish’n’chips business in Yagoona. During this time in Yagoona, Theo was fortunate enough to open another fish’n’chips shop in Mt Pritchard, through hard work and good business acumen, Theo created opportunities and continued his passion with the opening of a new seafood shop in Villawood.
The two brother’s once again joined forces and continued the family business opening a new fish’n’chips shop, a first of its kind in Roselands Shopping Centre before being approached to set up a similar business in Bankstown – famously know as ‘Bankstown Quality Seafood’ establishing itself for over 40 years as the preferred seafood shop in the area.
Theo’s successful business experience in supplying Quality Fresh Seafood to both local communities and businesses continued, with him opening a similar business supplying Quality Fresh Seafood in the suburb of Campbelltown, known as ‘Pearl Seafood’.
In 1997 Theo opened the famous ‘Beluga’ on Oxford in the suburb of Paddington, establishing itself in the community for over 15 years, know as the best local Fresh Quality Seafood Shop in the area.
